BD Landmark is a property listing platform for Dhaka. We bring flats, apartments, plots, commercial spaces and rental homes together in one place, so that finding a property does not mean scrolling through a dozen Facebook groups and calling numbers that no longer work.
We started with a simple observation. In Dhaka, the same flat gets posted in five different groups by five different people. Half the posts leave out the size. A third leave out the floor. Many leave out the price entirely. A buyer or tenant ends up spending days on phone calls just to find out the basics.
What we do differently
Every listing carries the details that matter
Before a property goes live on BD Landmark, we check that the essentials are there — bedrooms, bathrooms, size in square feet, floor, area, price or monthly rent, and a working contact number. A listing that cannot answer those questions is not ready to be published.
You talk to the person directly
We do not sit between you and the owner. Every listing carries the contact number of the person who posted it, along with a WhatsApp button. Call them, message them, ask your questions. We charge neither side a commission for that conversation.
Listing is free
If you have a flat to sell or rent, you can list it on BD Landmark at no cost. Register with your name and WhatsApp number, add your property, and it appears alongside everything else. There is no paid tier that pushes your listing down.

Our listings are concentrated in Dhaka and the surrounding areas — Uttara, Bashundhara, Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Badda, Khilkhet and beyond. Coverage grows as more owners and agents list with us.
What we are not
We are honest about our limits. BD Landmark is a listing platform, not a real estate agency. We do not own the properties listed here, we do not act as your agent, and we do not verify ownership documents, RAJUK approvals or title deeds. Those checks are yours to make — and you should make them, every time, before any money changes hands.
What we do promise is that listings carry real details and a reachable number, and that we remove listings we find to be false.
